Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 weeks after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or Royal Mail with tracking and drop-off without signature from the USA or from the UK respectively. We will drop the tracking in to Paypal once we have been notified of shipment of your parcel by our Fulfilment House.

If your package appears delayed feel free to contact us and we will check on your order.  Items that are part of a Project Fuel Project will have a much longer delay, as the items are fulfilled and quality checked.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order, if you have two orders and one has not already shipped feel free to contact us and we’ll try to combine shipping. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
